We also provide on-demand business best practices courses that have been developed by seasoned business professionals.
What if I need consulting services?
- If you are registered for a webinar, your instructor can assist you with your consulting request. We can also provide you with a referral to certified Lawson consultant or consulting organization if you are in need further assistance. Simply send your request to sales@ecsreportingsolutions.com.

What are our payment terms?
- We accept payments via most major credit cards and PayPal.
What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel your webinar up to 24 before the webinar start date. If you have made payment for the course we will provide you with a full refund.
How will I know if I have been successfully registered for my course?
- Once you have paid for your course we will send a confirmation email to you with your webinar access information. Please allow 24 hours for your email.
What if I cannot attend the scheduled time frame for a webinar that I am interested in?
- We periodically release new scheduled dates for our courses. Please keep checking our calendar for new dates for our courses. You can also request a private webinar by emailing sales@ecsreportingsolutions.com.
When will I receive access to my on-demand business best practices course?
- Approximately 24 hours after your webinar completion date we will send you an email with your course access link to your business best practices course. You will have access to your course for 90 days from your the first time that you access your course.
